Friends and Family, in an effort to raise money so I can move my mom into her first home as smoothly as possible, I'm offering Bundle deal for my Original Paintings and Bundle Deals of Cavans Painting from a select list of images.

Assuming nothing else goes wrong and everything falls into place, the move in date is around July 15. My name will be on the deed as well, and I'm making plans to move there one day within the next 5 years as I build on the property, so my mom can have a place where she no longer has to pay rent or a mortgage, and so we can have a family home for my siblings' needs.

I will be spending my little savings to pay for the closing cost fees and getting the place ready for her to live in, painting all the walls including the basement. Getting the yard work done, ect.

Otherwise, if I can get just 20 people who have always been interested in my work but thought they could not afford it to take part in this and find a painting for their home, I may gain enough where I can continue with my plans to move back east sooner, so I can visit the home more often and work on its perfection faster.
